Pwosedi Izolasyon Pwosesis - Apwobasyon esè transbòdman 1
Gen kèk operasyon ki mande yon transfè esè nan ekipman anvan yo fini oswa retounen nan nòmal, nan ka sa a yon demann transfè jijman dwe fè.
Transpò jijman mande pou retire oswa retire yon pati nan izolasyon an aplike.
Transbordement esè ap apwouve pa lisansye a. Emetteur a pral tcheke epi siyen pèmi a ak sètifika karantèn lan nan kote respektif yo.
Apre yo fin revize izolasyon an ak izolatè a, lisansye a otorize izolatè a pou retire izolasyon ki nesesè yo.

The permit issuer shall sign the "Temporary Removal of isolation" column in the "Instructions" column in the "Temporary removal of isolation" column on the quarantine certificate, and the isolator shall sign the date and time of the removal of isolation in the "Temporary removal of isolation" column.

Yo bay otorizasyon pou kòmanse tès la lè izolatè a retire izolasyon an lè li klike sou boul la epi li prezante sètifika izolasyon an bay lisansye a.
Apre tès la fini, si travay sou lisans lan bezwen kontinye, karantèn ki retire a dwe retabli nan eta karantèn lan.
If the quarantine is to be resumed, the permit issuer shall sign in the appropriate "Instructions" column and the isolator shall sign in the "Re-quarantine" column the date and time of the resumption.
